Palm EngineInbox and notify
What became new, not another snapshot. A cheap doorbell on the public path, one Queue for the expensive work, and a GET that still does not grow.

A second look
Reader flags, a cheap write-time policy, and a GET that does not grow. Hold-all and Workers AI stay off so the free tier stays green.
The admin console
A private operator console for one person. Stats, visitors, and hide / restore / delete. Public posts stay static.
Sessions and consent
A first-party session cookie, a comment-section consent card, and a light view record. Still two endpoints.
Building this blog
Static Astro, one Worker, and a free-tier budget. Why the blog is also an experiment.
